Dawnscape
1975
Not on view
In her work with Garner Tullis at Santa Cruz's International Institute of Experimental Printmaking, Nevelson brought her distinctive sculptural technique to the world of paper, creating a cast paper relief that loosely compartmentalizes organic forms in one of her signature colors: white. While in Santa Cruz, the artist produced a related project titled Nightscape, in which the same composition is rendered in black.
