The Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco (FAMSF) is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of our online visitors.

Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. COFAM will never share, sell, or trade our email lists. However, COFAM may share other personal information, including name, direct mail address, and details of your membership level through mailing list exchanges with third parties such as Arts and Cultural organizations and co-operative databases. These companies use the shared information for their own purposes including advertising and marketing. If you would like to opt-out of this sharing, please contact us at and request to be put on the Do Not Exchange list.

COFAM will never sell your information.

COFAM may share your information if required to do so in accordance with a court order, subpoena, or similar legal order, or state or local law, and in the event such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of FAMSF, its users, and other third parties.
