Now that you’ve seen the The Tudors, are you wondering how they wore those fashions? Join us for a presentation exploring Tudor and Elizabethan designs, and try on one of the most iconic fashion accessories in history: the ruff.
Jennifer Erlichman is a Bay Area performance and textile artist who has recreated historical fashion for over 30 years. Her work can be seen at local Renaissance and pirate festivals. Her designs blend history and comfort for today’s modern performers and give audiences a deeper look at how historical clothing was worn beyond just what we see in portraits.
