For the Legion of Honor’s 100th-anniversary celebration, SMARTBOMB will activate three spaces with live ambient and electronic music, along with curated DJ sets. Join us for a delightful daytime event that welcomes all ages and showcases the vibrant Oakland and Bay Area underground creative community.
The outdoor stage at the Court of Honor will feature live performances from Oddity and DJ sets from the Soul Light Collective. In galleries 6 and 14, SMARTBOMB will explore the infinite loop of musical creation. One gallery will focus on music of the past, featuring special vinyl DJs from the community, while the other will showcase sounds of the future with live ambient performances. Together, these spaces will blend past and present to form a shared sound of the moment, creating a dynamic dialogue for the intrigued ear.
