Staff demographics
Since 2021, in an effort to be transparent and highlight our internal DEIA work, we have shared the demographics for both our civil service (City) and private, nonprofit (COFAM) staff.
We believe publicly sharing staff demographics is an important benchmarking and accountability measure. In doing so, we aim to deepen our commitment to becoming an anti-racist organization and build trust with the communities we serve.
