Eligibility required to join on-site; please provide proof of identity and age (65 and over), such as a government-issued identification card, driving license, or passport. To join, email membership@famsf.org, call 415.750.3636 (Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm), or visit the membership desk at the de Young or Legion of Honor. No eligibility documentation is required for renewals; to renew, verify your membership.
