Member Art Classes: Introduction to Monotype Printing

Adults making art during a class at the de Young

Jump to

Members at the Enthusiast ($600) level and above are invited to register for Member Art Classes. These intimate workshops seek to inspire creativity, teach new skills, and develop a strong sense of community among attendees. During “Introduction to Monotype Printing,” there will be a guided walk-through of the galleries to learn about and draw inspiration from prints in the collection. Then, members will create their own unique, one-of-a-kind prints using a variety of monotype printing techniques. We will offer hot beverages and pastries in the morning, followed by an afternoon snack.
